The Texas Capitol belongs to the people of Texas and the Texas government works on behalf of the interests of all Texans. TSU Day at the Texas Capitol is an opportunity every other year (an odd-numbered year) for the Texas Legislature to recognize the University’s academic excellence, celebrate the institution’s historical importance, and highlight the legislative agenda of Texas Southern University.
